Dr. Authur (A.J.) Johnson currently serves as Director of Student Support for Climate & Culture in the Pendergast Elementary School District. In this leadership role Pendergast has witnessed a decrease in major student disciplinary infractions by 30%. Dr. Johnson's passion for helping school leaders foster environments conducive for effective teaching and learning is evidenced in his dissertation research; which focused on implementing PBIS with fidelity in a high poverty, rural school context.
