Join us for the Interview Skills Clinic: Elevating Leadership Through Strategic Interviewing, designed for educators preparing to pursue school administrative and leadership roles. Participants will strengthen interview readiness through strategic storytelling, executive presence, scenario-based practice, and mock interviews with feedback from experienced school leaders.

This clinic also provides valuable opportunities for networking, mentorship, and authentic dialogue with principals and district administrators across the Valley.

The National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE) is the nation’s premier non-profit organization devoted to furthering the academic success for the nation’s children – particularly children of African descent.

National Priorities
Programming of the national, regional, state and local affiliates will focus in the following areas:

Improvement of student outcomes in the areas of: Early Childhood Access, Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Organize Leadership Development Institutes and Career Advancement programs.
Promote educator recognition programs.
Engage in legislative advocacy at local, state, and national level.
Develop a research clearinghouse database focused on the NABSE research agenda.
Redefine the economic model of NABSE for sustainability purposes.
