The online modality of the program will launch in January 2026 and the application window closes on Oct. 30. The program will be asynchronous and cost $650 per credit hour. Something unique about this program is that, even though it is online, there will be in-person mentor visits from experienced school administrators.

Applicants are encouraged to apply early. This is a competitive application process and there are a limited number of applicants accepted each year. If interested, please do not delay in applying!

Mission
The National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE) is the nation’s premier non-profit organization devoted to furthering the academic success for the nation’s children – particularly children of African descent.

National Priorities
Programming of the national, regional, state and local affiliates will focus in the following areas:

Improvement of student outcomes in the areas of: Early Childhood Access, Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Organize Leadership Development Institutes and Career Advancement programs.
Promote educator recognition programs.
Engage in legislative advocacy at local, state, and national level.
Develop a research clearinghouse database focused on the NABSE research agenda.
Redefine the economic model of NABSE for sustainability purposes.
