Jevin D. For over a decade, Hodge has been a senior leader at LINK Strategic Partners, an internationally recognized consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. As a Senior Advisor, he brings more than 10 years of expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact strategy, working with governments, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven organizations to maximize their reach and effectiveness. His clients have included the District of Columbia, the City of Brownsville (TX), Guilford County (NC), Austin Independent School District (TX), Citi Open Tennis Tournament, Lyft, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership, College Success Arizona, the UK Town & Gown Association, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art, among others.

In addition to his leadership at Amplify Global Impact Group, Hodge is also Director of Partnerships and Social Impact at Immersion Innovation, a venture development firm based in Phoenix that accelerates early-stage businesses and develops pathways for corporate innovation. His expertise in corporate responsibility and venture strategy helps businesses navigate the evolving landscape of social impact and economic development.

Champion for Equity, Youth Development, and Community Empowerment

A dedicated advocate for social justice and opportunity, Hodge serves as President of the East Valley NAACP, where he leads one of the nation’s most influential civil rights organizations in advancing economic empowerment, education reform, and racial equity. Under his leadership, the East Valley NAACP has expanded its impact through innovative programming, policy advocacy, and strategic partnerships aimed at addressing systemic disparities.

A passionate leader in early childhood education, Hodge is also the President of the Booker T. Washington Child Development Center (BTW), Arizona’s longest-running Head Start program. BTW serves nearly 1,000 families across 35 sites in Phoenix, ensuring children from underserved communities receive high-quality education, health services, and family support.

In addition, Hodge serves as President of Larry Thomas Youth Development, a nonprofit committed to unlocking the potential of youth through mentorship, enrichment, and access to opportunity. This role further underscores his commitment to building stronger communities by investing in the next generation of leaders.

Beyond his local impact, Hodge is the Chairman of the Board for the Festival of the Diaspora, an international convening that unites thought leaders from across the Americas to drive innovation, inclusive economies, and sustainable impact. Through his leadership, the Festival has expanded its reach, empowering underestimated communities and fostering global collaboration.

He also serves as Chairman of the Rolling Sea Action Fund, a national political action committee founded after his historic run for U.S. Congress, where he came within 0.5% of flipping one of the most competitive seats in the country. Rolling Sea supports Black candidates and the Congressional Black Caucus by mobilizing resources, activating voters, and investing in bold, community-centered leadership.

Hodge additionally serves on the Board of Directors of several national and local nonprofits dedicated to youth development, civic engagement, and community transformation. His commitment to service extends across multiple sectors, ensuring that future generations have the tools, resources, and support necessary to thrive.

Hodge’s leadership experience includes serving as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, where he championed initiatives to protect democracy, expand healthcare access, and create high-wage jobs. His advocacy was instrumental in securing hundreds of millions of dollars in bond and override funding for Arizona schools.

His impact has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the City of Tempe’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Service Award, the East Valley NAACP’s Roy Wilkins Service Award for Lifetime Achievement, Grambling State University’s MLK Award, and the Maricopa County NAACP’s Next Gen Trailblazer Award.
