Dr. Ildi Laczko-Kerr

Dr. Ildi Laczko-Kerr has decades of experience as leader in government, schools, non-profit organizations and professional learning. In 2021, Ildi launched Ribbit Learning a technology platform designed to empower educators with voice, choice and agency in their professional learning. Ildi’s PhD is in Educational Psychology, Learning and Instructional Technology, from Arizona State University. She’s a published researcher, national presenter and an award-winning leader.

Participants will explore how personality-based communication strategies, and psychological safety work together to create transformative coaching environments. Participants will: understand the role of psychological safety in professional learning and its impact on educator outcomes, learn to identify different personality types using True Colors and explore strategies for fostering trust, inclusion, and motivation within coaching relationships.
