The Teacher Leadership Summit (TLS) is the flagship annual event of the Arizona Alliance of Black School Educators (AzABSE). This gathering unites educators, administrators, policymakers, and partners committed to shaping an equitable future for Arizona’s schools. Each year, TLS provides an inspiring platform for professional learning, collaboration, and innovation—centered on strengthening teacher leadership and building systems that advance equity and excellence.
