Equity, Identity, and Leadership: A Call to Action

As an educational organization/system in creating policy, practices and procedures, it is not just morally and ethically important, but as a social construct, critically important we move away from homogeneous groups of people making hetero-genius decisions that perpetuates oppressive systems. In this discussion are practical ways WE can make equity focused decision making by asking ourselves "Bridge Building" questions that remove "Barriers" in our decision-making.
